Refund Policy

The refund policy for donations, in-kind gifts/items or services is given here under:

1.0 All donations made through cash/cheque/DD/online transfer or in kind gifts/items are final. Request for cancellation/refund shall not be considered in any circumstance. Please take utmost care during transfer.

2.0 The only condition when a cancellation/refund request may consider is, if bank/payment gateway declares that particular transaction due to fraudulent activities in their debit/credit cards. Donor may request for full refund/cancellation to us giving suitable legitimate evidences of that fraudulent activity.

3.0 In-kind gifts or items, once donated cannot be returned, replaced or cancelled. Returning a donors gift could be contrary to the public interest. That is also an issue for regulators.

4.0 However donor can give suggestions for any program or for utilisation of his funds. We will consider it within our program policies.
